Problem Note 38025: Shared content location displays as "Not Shared" when editing content properties
When editing the properties of shared content, the shared location might display as "Not Shared" even though it is shared with a group. This problem is most likely to occur if the name of the group contains spaces.
In addition, if you click OK without reselecting the group, the Portal content will actually become unshared. When you encounter this problem, reselect the group before saving changes to the page's properties.
A similar issue exists for Portal pages, and is documented in SAS Note 36086. The issue was fixed for pages in the second maintenance release for SAS 9.2 (TS2M2), but has not yet been fixed for other Portal content.
